There was/is a program in the military that has been known by the name of the Super Dog program.

It's also known as Bio Sensor training and is - in a short explanation - early neurological stimulation.  One of our extended family from our last litter asked if we did this with the litter their dog's litter.  We did.

There is an extensive and very interesting article on it at

It is a fairly simple method and takes very little time to accomplish.  Each exercise is 3-5 seconds once a day from day 3 - 16.  The results are well documented and include:

  • Improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate)
  • Stronger heart beats
  • Stronger adrenal glands
  • More tolerance to stress
  • Greater resistance to disease.
Tessa and Jack's litter will also have Bio Sensor training, as well as a few other things that we'll note in other posts!
